# Maze Runner - Early Access Demo


A procedurally generated horror maze experience where every playthrough is different. Navigate through endless shifting corridors while being hunted by intelligent AI enemies.


 What's in this Demo


This early access build showcases the core mechanics of procedural maze generation and AI behavior systems. Each time you play, the maze layout is completely different, ensuring no two games are the same.


Current Features:

 How to Play


Desktop:

- WASD or Arrow Keys to move

- Mouse to look around

- Adjust sensitivity in settings menu


Mobile/Touch:

- Virtual joystick for movement

- Swipe anywhere on screen to look around

- Touch controls automatically detected


 Objective


Navigate through the procedurally generated maze while avoiding the horror NPC. The AI will patrol the maze, and once it spots you, the chase begins. If caught, you'll be teleported back to the start. Find your way through the ever-changing corridors to survive.


 About the AI


The horror NPC features multiple behavioral states including patrolling, chasing, and disappearing. It uses intelligent pathfinding to navigate the maze and hunt you down. The AI can detect you from multiple angles and will actively pursue you once spotted.


 Development Status


This is an early access demo showcasing the core systems. The game is actively in development with regular updates planned. Feedback and suggestions are welcome!
